-Coordinate calls, appointments, meeting, and conferences, maintain schedules, reminders and calendars
-Register all incoming and outgoing letters
-Sending and receiving Fax - Managing all day- to - day office operations
-Preparing daily reports
-Informing customer complaints, conflicts within the company to related authorities
-Maintain good long term relationship with customers
-Handle both field and indoor sales activities
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Secretary
-Being a good listener and attention to details
-Having time management and organizational skills
-Responsible, reliable and creative
-Professional with Internet searching, outlook, MS Office and familiar with CRM is an asset
-Negotiation skills - Multitasking
-Excellent telephone manners
-Highly organized and good planner
-Efficient in time management
-Strong public relations, active listener
-Good skill of writing in both English and Farsi
