Objective:
-Provide administrative and clerical support to The Chairman and management.
-Main responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
-Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
-Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
-Develop and maintain a filing system
-Undertake receptionist duties
-Make travel arrangements for executives
-Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Requirements
-University bachelor degree or equivalent
-At least 3 years of related experience
-Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
-High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
-Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
-Integrity and professionalism
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Stress tolerance
-Organization and planning
-Language Skills: Persian, English
-Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Integrity and confidentiality
-Ideal Age: 25-35
