We are seeking a motivated Sea Freight Specialist based in Tehran to join our team. This role will involve coordinating sea freight pricing and operations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee sea freight operations from origin to destination.
- Correspond with international and local agents, carriers, and NVOCC for pricing and operational purposes.
- Manage and coordinate sea freight inquiries and bookings.
- Oversee shipment management using the company software (CARAVAN).
- Handle delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPL processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to support client needs and inquiries.
