Job Description

● Driving the team’s self-organization and cross-functionality. ● Mentoring and coaching Product team and organization on Agile mindset, practices and tools. ● Ensuring that the Scrum events take place such as retrospectives, planning, stand-ups etc; and facilitating these as necessary. ● Assisting the product owner(s) in efficiently managing the product backlog and supporting him/her when necessary. ● Supporting coordination and communication between different scrum teams to manage dependencies. ● Motivating teams to deliver meaningful outcomes that meet client's needs and keep the team on track for delivery. ● Providing measurements of team performance and progress (team KPI including, lead time and cycle time). ● Guiding the team to remove impediments to ensure teams work optimally on the sprint goals. ● Assisting in onboarding new members into the teams onto the project. ● Facilitating several streams of activities concurrently using Jira.
