Job Description

• Facilitating, supporting, and improving scrum processes, guiding the information flow, and improving team communication to ensure goal alignment and create transparency and access to information for all stakeholders.
• Leading the scrum team based on the principles and methods of agile and scrum and its best available approaches.
• Training the team and implementing the Scrum process based on principles and methods.
• Identifying and solving obstacles, problems, and differences in the project and team.
• Facilitating free discussions and solving possible disputes and conflicts in the team.
• Leading, directing, and organizing daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reports and reviews, preliminary plans, sprints, and other meetings related to the project.
• Updating activities performed in project management tools.
• Helping the product owner create the correct product backlog to obtain customer satisfaction.
• Helping the product owner to prioritize and adequately prepare the product backlog items to obtain customer satisfaction.
• Helping the product owner ensure a manageable product backlog to obtain customer satisfaction.
• Developing the Scrum maturity in the team to improve the work process.
• Monitoring the quality of completed work at the end of each sprint.
