Leading the scrum team based on the principles and methods of agile and scrum and its best available approaches.
Training the team and implementing the Scrum process based on principles and methods.
Identifying and solving obstacles, problems, and differences in the project and team.
Facilitating free discussions and solving possible disputes and conflicts in the team.
Leading, directing, and organizing daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reports and reviews, preliminary plans, sprints, and other meetings related to the project.
Updating activities performed in project management tools.
Helping the product owner create the correct product backlog to obtain customer satisfaction.
Helping the product owner to prioritize and adequately prepare the product backlog items to obtain customer satisfaction.
Helping the product owner ensure a manageable product backlog to obtain customer satisfaction.
Developing the Scrum maturity in the team to improve the work process.
Monitoring the quality of completed work at the end of each sprint.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
Proficiency in project management, Agile methodology, and Scrum framework.
Familiarity with other agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, etc.
