Job Description

Manage the scrum process in Agile methodology.
Organize and facilitate the sprint planning meeting.
Arrange retrospective, review, and daily stand-up meetings.
Assist product managers to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Solve conflicts and remove obstacles.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint.

Requirements

Good knowledge of Agile methodology and its frameworks.
Expert in coaching teams to follow agile.
Strong communication skills.
Familiar with software development processes and procedures to understand the team's needs.
Good knowledge of Agile techniques such as the definition of done, user stories, velocity, backlog tracking, and backlog refinement.
