Job Description
Scrum Master will be the interface between the Calgary team in Canada and the developers in Iran. They will be responsible for understanding the requirements that we provide via Jira and distributing the work involved to appropriate team members. They will be responsible for progress reporting to Calgary team, evaluating the performance of team members, and providing for Calgary team with reliable estimates for the amount of work that can be done in a given amount of time. They will be the authority who determines if the work done on a feature is acceptable and ready to be demonstrated to you, the product owner, for final approval.
