Job Description
*Manage and handle medical representatives.
*Report the total daily/weekly/monthly activity of the team to the sales and marketing manager.
*Monitor the team activity.
*Train his/her own team and increase their capability.
*Keep in touch with medical staff.
*Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with the company strategy.
*Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
*Research data on competitors and market conditions.
*Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services,
*marketing, and finance.
Requirements:
*Pharmacist, M.D., a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
*5 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
*Fast learner.Multi-tasking.
*Patient in pressure.
*Ready to travel every time within the country and other countries.
*Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
*Fluent in English.
