ᴧ Job Specific Accountabilities: - Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation. - Prepare reports of all SKUs products in all channels - Contact customers and sales representatives and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates - Prepare and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them - Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints. - Produce reports on progress within the department - Prepare timely and accurate reports of sales to meet the Co and department requirements, policies and standards - Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast, performance to support the sales team - Lead coordination across all regions and ensure alignment between sales supports - Drive standardization of processes and execution across the country - Analyze nationwide sales KPIs (Volume, Distribution, Coverage, Stock level) - Provide insights from different regions to support decision-making - Provide the reports and insights for sales general director Requirements: - Excel - Good Command in English - Accurate & Agile
