● Manage the daily sales operations in Mashhad Regional Office.
● Meet the sales targets, objectives, and profit contribution for assigned products.
● Manage all sales records and reports.
● Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics.
● Collect market and customer information.
● Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
● Follow up on the customers’ accounts, invoices, and payments.
● Monitor and analyze markets, customer needs, and competitors’ actions in order to improve market and product development.
● Manage communication between clients and the company.
● Manage sales representatives.
● Travel within the region.
● Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Food Industry.
● At least 5 years of experience in supervisory sales roles in the FMCG industry.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership skills, team management, and negotiation skills.
● Teamwork capability.
● Being ambitious to cover a sales territory.
● Networking and negotiation skills.
● Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
● Good command of English.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
