-Responsible to coach & develop field force of Medical Representatives;
-Consolidates the activity reports submitted by Medical Representatives in her/his own region and provides appropriate feedback on reports;
-Monitors and reports effectiveness of marketing communications;
-Provides regular follow-up and feedback when required;
-Updates product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation;
-Manages the team in order to reach and exceed sales targets of a defined geographical district;
- Responsible to keep the sales team informed about the market environment
(Competitors, market analysis...);
-Plans and implements activities and participates in local meetings and congresses wherever beneficial;
-Works according to company ethics procedures;
Requirements
-University degree in medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences or similar;
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry, at least at Senior Medical Representative Level;
-Strong experience in coaching, developing and training Medical Representatives;
-Profound market and business understanding, planning & organizing;
-Solid problem solving and time management skills;
-Eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges;
-Good communication skills, enthusiastic & energetic, hard worker, coaching skills;
-Team working skills;
-Customer-focused & self-developing, initiative, well-organized;
-Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential;
-Excellent command of written and spoken Farsi;
-Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office);
