- Responsible for reaching the company's sales target on the respective territories across Iran.
- Develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business
- Hold educational classes and meetings for sales agents and sales staff.
- Daily field visits with his team or with sales agents and their reps in Tehran and other major cities of Iran.
- Participate in sales negotiation meetings and manage presentations with performing great communication skills.
- Evaluate performance of sales agents and monitor KPIs.
- Follow up sales leads and cooperate with account manager in order to provide excellent solutions for customers.
- Implementation of Customer Evaluation Programs (NPV, Past customer value, FRMV, etc.)
- Implementation of sales fundamentals like coverage, visibility, volume, drop size, etc. based on standards and principles of the Company
- Design and develop weekly and monthly plan for his/her team in line with company targets
- Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances
Requirements
- University degree in business fields, communication or MBA.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales field (At least 1 year as supervisor or manager).
- At least 2 years of experience in software/It companies (knowledge of software for SMEs is a plus)
- Preferred to have experience in working with SMEs (retailers, brand stores, restaurants, etc.).
- Strong Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Capable of delivering quick solutions to the daily troubles and overcome obstacles.
- Capable of traveling within the country
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
