Sales Supervisor

Job Description

Espandar Civil Industries Co. has an opening for a sales supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the formulation of sales, pricing, and marketing strategies based on market characteristics and organizational goals.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics.
• Engage with customers, introduce products, explain their applications and competitive advantages, and negotiate until finalizing deals.
• Maintain and update the database of potential clients and convert leads into actual customers.
• Gather and address customer feedback promptly and efficiently.
• Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Supervise and oversee all activities of the sales department.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• At least a Master’s degree in Management or an MBA degree.
• A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is necessary
• At least 8 years of proven experience in sales within the construction materials industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction materials market.
• Strong leadership, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
