- Study and Learn Product Literature
- Create and follow customers’ accounts and quotes.
- Performing Regular visits (laboratories, Institutes, universities and...)
- Drive for customer satisfaction and increase competitive advantage by building trust and relationships
- Follow sales promotions and Campaigns
- Organize & coordinate Sales meeting & appointments
- Ability to increase sales, writing reports, and feedbacks
- Maximizes efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area
- Maintain good long term relationship with customers mainly through phone calls.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
- Follow up with existing clients on their requirements.
- Develop and maintain customers' database.
Requirements
- Degree in the area of molecular biology, Laboratory Sciences or in a comparable discipline
- Minimum education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent academic experience with diverse techniques such as: PCR, qPCR, DNA and RNA manipulation (expression in protein expression and purification is a merit).
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Comfortable and able to work as team player as well as individual performer
- Self-motivated and very reliable
- Sales experience is a merit
- Working knowledge of Strategic Selling and/or Consultative Selling required
- Strong abilities in using well-established software Packages (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as team abilities and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate level of English knowledge (Listening, Speaking, Witting, Reading)
- Ability to work both effectively independently and harmoniously with the group.
