Collect, maintain and expand complete database.
Maintain a friendly yet efficient interface with customers at all times.
Actively seek and obtain new orders and generate sales.
Regular monitor of customer’s accounts, keep them updated and take necessary actions to avoid them facing shortage of the company’s products and services.
Achieve allocated personal and team goals, not only in the quantitative but also in the qualitative aspects.
Answer and manage customers queries and complaints.
Monitor competitors' activities and Participate in sales events.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in either cosmetic/skincare market, or healthcare industries.
University degree in related fields is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and sales skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, inspiring, creative, trustworthy with good teamwork spirit.
Willing to work in a dynamic atmosphere with long-term vision.
Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good Knowledge of English is a plus.
