● Provide seasonal and monthly sales forecasts for existing and upcoming products.
● Target and formulate sales policies across branches and sales channels.
● Build tools and dashboards to streamline business processes.
● Perform a variety of analyses and tasks to improve understanding of business trends and opportunities.
● Preparation and calculation of incentive plans for sales and distribution personnel.
● Analysis of sales and distribution processes in the organization and presentation of improvement plans.

Requirements
● 1+ years of experience in the same position.
● Full mastery of Office software, especially Excel.
● Familiar with the FMCG industry.
● Ability to analyze data and reports.
