Job Description

Accepted candidates will be trained during their career and will be responsible for below mentioned tasks: - Dealing with existing and prospective customers and taking care of their needs and problems - Writing, tracking and documenting all required information properly - Advising customers on their orders by offering various products and options - Preparing orders and sending them to online customers - Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships Working Hours: 5-6 days full-time (09 am - 08 pm)

Requirements

Requirements: - Not being afraid of pets of any kind and not being allergic to pets - Being an animal-lover whose main objective is the welfare of animals and pets - At least 2 years of work experience - Being self-motivated and enthusiastic about their job - Ability and experience of working with social medias - Team-work Spirits - Good speaking manner - Candidates with related work experience have priority
