Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic sales partner to join our dynamic team at Farabi Financial Group. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving AUM targets
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing financial data of companies, such as sales reports, and providing strategic recommendations to attract more assets.
- Planning for B2B sales.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities and initiate discussions with the target company to develop strategies to attract customers and capital.
- Building relationships with investors and other business partners to generate sales leads and try to convert leads into opportunities by following up and persuading customers.
- Marketing and coordinating sales meetings with target customers.
- Collaborating in identifying target markets and classifying potential customers.
- Introducing and guiding investment and asset management services to target customers.
- Marketing by participating in relevant seminars and workshops, establishing a strong communication network, and participating in relevant professional associations.
- Performing routine activities related to sales management, such as daily visits, weekly and monthly plans, and annual regional analyses.
- Following up on OKRs to achieve sales goals and all sales-related matters.
- Providing reliable information to customers within the framework of capital market laws and regulations.
- Networking and maintaining effective communications with customers.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of work experience in sales.
- Familiarity with capital market concepts.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management principles.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving AUM targets.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in specialized sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Familiar with analyzing companies' financial statements.
