Job Description

● Participate in setting short-term and long-term goals and objectives for a sales team of each area according to market conditions. ● Prepare sale annual budget and approve budget expenditures. ● Monitor and analyze customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts. ● Manage the distribution of company brands within the area through retailers and wholesalers in order to ensure that availability is maximized in line with brand strategies and the needs of the market by trade channel and outlet type. ● Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. ● Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staff. ● Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales plans. ● Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and record-keeping, and in receiving and shipping operations. ● Manage daily sales operations, monitor the sales target, and ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly sales reports are in place. ● Constitute an effective distributor network and find new channels to increase sales volume in a defined region. ● Manage the new product launch based on defined plans. ● Review the account balance of distributors and follow up on the payment. ● Maintain and manage distributor stock level based on KPI.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Business Management or other related fields; or an MBA graduate. ● 4 to 6 years of experience in FMCG sales. ● Communication and negotiation skills. ● People management skills. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Strategic and systematic thinking. ● Emotional intelligence. ● Age range: 35 to 45 years old.
