Main responsibilities:
• Formulate, direct and implement Sale strategies
• Market analysis
• Prepare competitive analysis
• Preparing sales forecasts, budgets and costs planning
• Achieve sales targets, objectives and market penetration
• Estimating market demand
• Maintaining and improving relationships with the clients
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
• Develop strategies for market expansion and revenue growth in all market segments
• Representing the business at meetings of experts, conferences, trade fairs and events
• Regular monitoring of sales records and regional distributors' performances
• Develop and execute distribution plans
• Plan, Control and monitor stock levels
• Leading and motivating sales team
• Reporting to : CEO
• Travel requirements : Occasional travel within the country
Requirements
Main Requirements:
• Minimum B.S. degree in Telecommunication , electronics and computer Engineering (Sales certificates are a plus)
• At least 5 years of experience in sales of Telecom and network projects (Active and Passive products)
• Ability to work under pressure, high tolerance & team work,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Aggressive in sales with good follow up skills
• Ability of problem solving
• "To do" attitude
• Expert in team management
• Advance level of English in writing and speaking
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word , Excel , Access , Power Point , Project , Visio)
