Nature of the position: Sales & Marketing We are seeking team players with positive attitude, great Public Relations Skills, ability to openly speak and negotiate for the attraction of conference Sponsors, and Sales of Conference Seats. • Formulate, direct and implement marketing strategies and result-oriented advertising ýcampaigns ý • Market analysis; prepare competitive and SWOT analyses • Leading sales team • Preparing sales forecast, planning budgets and costs ý • Design and manage promotional activities • Monitoring the overall market and following competitors in order to response rival activities • Estimate market demand and guide senior management to supply the demands • Manage national wide sub-distributor network and making contracts in coordination with ýFinance Department ý • Business developing by reaching the maximum coverage in all possible sales channels ý Achieve sales targets, sales objectives, profit contribution and market penetration for assigned products Direct the staffing, training, and performance appraisals of sales representatives and oversee their daily activities Reporting to: General Manager
