Main responsibilities but not be limited to:
-Set and manage annual sales targets, develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
-Forecast stock needed to drive selling
-Business analysis& react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities
-Propose sales KPIs and track ongoing results
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
-Motivate sales team members to comply with all appropriate rules and regulations and meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals
-Train and manage sales team
-Liaise with marketing, business development and beauty academy departments to ensure brand consistency
-Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Requirements
At least B.S. degree
7+ years of experience as a sales manager or similar roles in FMCG industry
Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and negotiation Skills
Analytical and Synthetic Character
Target Oriented
Good command in English
