Job Description

• To effectively communicate product benefits to all the relevant customers with the aim to achieve predetermined sales and profit margins • To reinforce and grow customer loyalty to our products • To prepare and present marketing business plan (strategy) per product on an annual basis • KOL and opinion leader contact to maximize our product performance in the respective field • Comply with relevant legislation, ethical standards and company policies • Liaise with relevant staff in medical, regulatory affairs, sales, and other functions to ensure that cross functional communication is of a high quality and that company goals are met • To maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales force and field managers and to continually update knowledge on the product, competitors and therapeutic area • To achieve targets for sales, profit contribution and market penetration for an assigned product(s) • Achieve sales and distribution targets for the assigned area/customer. • Ensure continuous and effective relationship/ communication between Sirvan Kariz and the customer • Identify issues (problems or opportunities) that could effect sales volume and propose action pro-activity as well as identify and seek new business opportunities and channels. • Deliver monthly business reviews for the area highlighting opportunities, issues and action plans • Control and monitor stock levels/ expiry dates of his/ her customer.

Requirements

• University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Social sciences, etc), Medical or Pharmacy Education • Relevant Experience: At least 2-3 years field experience, it is plus to have Product Management experiences • Effective strategic planning abilities • Ability to communicate commercial value of our products to target audience • Creative ability • Sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical market • Computer skills must include working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word • Effective forecasting, budgeting skills • Good negotiation skills
