- BSc or MSc in MBA, commercial management & business management
- At least 10 years of experience in sales management, experience in Cosmetics and personal care industry is advantage
- Experience in B to B business type
- Managing the sales team and have skill to grow business through growing team work
- Strong public relation and communication skills
- Good negotiation skill
