- Prepare sales action plans and strategies - Schedule sales activity - Prepare and develop a customer database - Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials - Developing and managing sales and marketing activities in the defined market segments - Planning to add new customers and agents - Make sales & marketing call to new lead and existing clients - Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management - Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development

Requirements

Requirements - BSc or MSc in MBA, commercial management & business management - At least 10 years of experience in sales management, experience in Cosmetics and personal care industry is advantage - Experience in B to B business type - Managing the sales team and have skill to grow business through growing team work - Strong public relation and communication skills - Good negotiation skill Familiar to English - Eager to sell and learning - Understanding the sales process - Try to build a constant relationship with the current/ potential customers - Understanding to specify lead / customer Grade - Strong Teamwork and Flexible - Computer Skills: MS Office - Ability to arrange meeting for introducing and present - Ideal Age: 35 - 50
