Job Description

Objective: • Achieve the sales target of the company • Establish sales department • Set up the distribution system Main responsibilities: • Promote sales operation through developing relation with current customers and prospects • Study and understand the market with regard to changes, fluctuations, opportunities, threats etc., and formulate strategies and plans of action • Understand market trends and development for potential growth in business and recognize prospects • Obtain all the tender notices and pave the company way toward wining the tenders • Manage recruitment of sales executives and staff • Prepare weekly or monthly or quarterly reports to demonstrate the performance of sales department • Set, monitor and achieve sale targets • Specify the required budget to achieve the predefined sales target, at least 3 months before the end of year • In a close relation with planning and production sections of company, develop new methods and make remarkable innovations in product to expand the market share • Proficient in systematic way of working and be able to do work on the basis of predefined process • Responsible for account management • Be able to do all the sales process through sales software system • Oversee the performance of exclusive agents and customers and stay in contact with them to monitor the market continuously and investigate the parameters affecting product sale • Forecast the market share and provide the results for relevant managers Reporting to : General Manager Number required : 3 Duration : Permanent Desired start date : As Soon As Possible Probation : 3 Mounth Travel requirements : Within The Country Gross monthly base salary : Negotiable
