Main responsibilities:
• Participate in setting short term and long term goals and objectives for sales team of each area of the region according to market conditions.
• Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals (coverage, distribution, and visibility) in defined region working with Area Sales Managers.
• Manage daily sales operation, monitor the sales target and ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly sales reports are in place.
• Constitute an effective distributor network.
• Maintain physical presence in the market to recognize good performance and highlight areas of improvement.
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure right information and material is available to promote our product portfolio.
• Find new channels to increase sales volume in defined region.
• Manage the new product launches as per defined plans of Marketing team by coaching the sales team.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or any other related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and distribution
• People Management experience for minimum 2 years
• Strong leadership, coaching and team working skills
• Strategic thinking ability and excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude, passion and commitment
• Strong computer skills (MS Office is a must)
• English and Farsi language fluency (both written and oral)
