Job Description
As a Courier Acquisition Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and execute the acquisition and onboarding of couriers for our company's delivery services. This role entails a multifaceted approach involving strategic planning, operational execution, relationship management, and market insights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment, maintenance, and expansion of field teams.
- Conceptualize and execute diverse recruitment campaigns to attract prospective couriers.
- Coach, develop, and enhance the performance of the acquisition team.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly reports showcasing key developments and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand the company's courier network, aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate and lead informative orientation sessions and comprehensive training programs to seamlessly integrate new couriers into our operations.
- Foster robust relationships with couriers, serving as a point of contact for their concerns, offering continuous support, and acting as a bridge between couriers and the company.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, technology, and customer support to guarantee the streamlined coordination of delivery operations.
- Generate regular, data-driven reports and analyses focused on courier acquisition, onboarding progress, and performance metrics.
- Offer actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations to fine-tune courier management processes.
