As we expand, we are seeking a result-driven sales manager to lead our regional cardiovascular sales team and drive strategic growth across key accounts.
Position Overview:
As the sales manager for cardiovascular devices, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, managing key relationships with cardiovascular specialists, and growing market share across hospitals and cath labs. This is a strategic leadership role that combines team development, customer engagement, and revenue generation in a competitive and fast-paced field.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and hospital decision-makers.
- Drive adoption of innovative cardiovascular solutions across your territory.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Support clinical evaluations, product trials, and physician training programs in collaboration with medical affairs.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to align sales strategies with product innovations.
- Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or advanced clinical degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; at least 2 years of experience managing a team or serving in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the cardiovascular space, including buying cycles in cath labs or vascular ORs.
- Strong clinical acumen and comfort in procedural settings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
