Job Description

- Champion operational effectiveness and Field Force - Take direct responsibility of SFE initiatives and tools productivity - Design Incentive Scheme for Field Force and Field Manager - CRM system Support - Field Force Budget/Sales Analysis - Build Capabilities across organization

Requirements

- University degree (essential) , MBA a plus - English: fluent, spoken and written (essential) - Proven leadership, ability to communicate, influence, and perform in a cross-cultural, and cross functional organization - Strong business background in performance-driven cultures. - Excellent communication skills as well as demonstrated leadership - Sales Management experience is essential - Product Management and Training experience is desirable - Proven skills in strategic thinking, teamwork, analyses, customer insight and project management
