Job Description

Sales Accounting and Control:

  • Manage financial transactions on the commercial side.
  • Manage sales accounting.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable.
  • Contribute to negotiations and control commercial contracts with suppliers.
  • Reconcile financial data in internal and external (suppliers) commercial processes.

Process/Product Management:

  • Design, optimize, and automate financial processes of commercial.
  • Manage and control financial processes of commercial.
  • Contribute to developing commercial solutions.

Relationship and People Management:

  • Manage financial relationships with related functions (sales, tech, and product, operation) of business.
  • Manage financial relationships externally with suppliers, especially insurers.
  • Manage commercial finance team and lead them (4 persons).
  • Reporting to the finance director and collaborating with accounting and FP&A teams.

Requirements

Experiences:

  • Academic degree in Accounting, Finance; or an MBA graduate. 
  • 3+ of working experience as a financial manager or senior supervisor.
  • Working experience in high transaction business (500+ billion Tomans annual turnover).

Hard Skills:

  • Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and skilled in working with accounting software, preferably Rahkaran.
  • Deep knowledge of financial procedures of insurance companies/brokers and related software, especially Fanavaran.
  • Experienced in data analysis with Excel and familiar with SQL and BI tools
  • Good analysis and reporting skills to handle complicated data and deliver insightful reports about sales and commercial processes.
  • Great business acumen to understand business dynamics and align activities with business goals and strategies.
  • Experienced in managing cross-functional processes, optimizing and automating them.
