● Keep in touch with clients strongly and steadily.
● Establish new, and maintain existing customers
● Follow up customers' new projects, tenders, and strategies in purchasing.
● Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients as per received inquiries.
● Negotiate and finalize purchase orders with clients.
● Improve professional and technical knowledge.
● Provide regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the executive director and CEO.
● Communicate and influence people in social media.
● Participate in content production.
● Plan and execute initiatives to reach the project managers, architects وand project owners.
● Visit building projects and gathering relevant information.
Requirements
● Preferred academic education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
● At least 3 years of experience in Sales.
● Good English knowledge is needed.
● Proficiency in sales software and MS Office.
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
● Great interpersonal and communication skills.
● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
● Good time-management skills.
