- To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails. Also responding to incoming emails in a timely manner

Requirements
- Working in the sales department of an international transportation and forwarding company which earns a good knowledge of shipping process, terms and activities while requires expertise in English or Russian or Turkish language, Incoterms, customer relationship, negotiation, meeting arrangements and etc.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customer
- Ability of business and finance analysis
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer orientation & networking skills
- Excellent negotiation skills

- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in the sales field, Client Services and Account experience.
