--Being responsible for doing the standard Brand training in customer service and product knowledge
--Serve as a key partner to the product management and production teams
--Handle time-sensitive projects
--Become a domain expert by understanding customers

--Handles customer inquires in a professional manner

Requirements
--Advanced in researching
--Daily reporting to the supervisor
--Documents results in accordance with all pertinent procedural requirements and performs scanning and filing of the Device History Records for Manufactured products as needed
--University degree in medical engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, and related areas
--Minimum 2 years of experience in medical engineering and related areas
--Well public relation and negotiation skills
--Fluency in English is required
--Microsoft Office skills
