• Plan, organize and manage all sales activities
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products
• Managing customer relationship, visit customer & solving their issues
• Attending relevant trade exhibitions
• Manage the sale team including day to day management, set up weekly sales meeting, motivation the team to get to their goals
• Build and promote strong, long-term distribution relationships with B2B partners
• Track business performance and timely progress reports to management
• Offer product knowledge and technical expertise to increase customer demands
• Analyze sales statistics
Requirements
• At least 5 years professional experience in related field
• Good knowledge of desktop computer software market and desktop/mobile consumer electronics
• Ability to communicate, demonstrate and influence target customers
• Energetic, results oriented
• Accepts accountability and expects accountability
• Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
