Objective of the role:
- Increase the speed and quality of sales process
- Retaining the customer
- Keeping the business on technology edge
List of responsibilities:
- Meet customers on daily basis
- Support the customer on the issues they face
- Review the orders and issue requested invoices
- Resolve and respond to customer issues and inquiries
Reporting to:
- Sales supervisor, HR manager .
Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9am-6pm.
Travel requirements: according to the agreement.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: according to the agreement .
Commission / Bonus / Benefits: according to the agreement .
Requirements
- Having at least 2 years work experience in sales field especially on UPVC profile.
- Being familiar with sales skills
- Having Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially over the phone
- Having the ability to follow up the provinces distributors and travel
- Being familiar with computer skills of MS Office and good ability in ICDL
- Good team work, adaptability, leadership skills, communication skills
- Having ability to develop new ideas to increase market share
