• Being familiar with paper and paper board markets and sales processes
• Providing analysis and evaluation of new sales opportunities
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails. Also responding to incoming emails in a timely manner
• Being active in finding new customers and willingness to travel and go missions in order to present the imported production in different cities
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Being experienced in sales software and systematic sales
• Aligning sales performance with available network capacity in each region and arranging meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Attending team meeting and sharing the best practice with colleagues
• Providing weekly and monthly performances reports
• Gathering market and customer information
• Working hours: 9 to 5
• Monthly salary: negotiable
Requirements
• Bachelor degree (preferably related majors)
• Work experiences: Minimum of 3 years, experience in “Marketing & Sales”
• Language Skills: English fluency in handling needed circumstances
• IT Skills: Good command of MS office (word, excel, outlook), experienced in sales software
• Personal attributes: Communication skills, team-work, knowledge and creativity about job description criteria, good skill about planning and organization and CRM
