About the Role
Firouze — a leader in advanced decorative coatings and architectural surfaces — is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with proven sales expertise, deep market understanding, and a passion for design-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.
• Present and promote Firouze’s product portfolio through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain precise and updated client data through CRM platforms.
• Coordinate closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads to close deals effectively.
• Represent Firouze at exhibitions, workshops, and industry events.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in B2B or construction-related sales.
• Strong understanding of architectural materials, finishes, or coatings is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a confident, polished presence.
• Proven ability to manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
• Organized, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Persian; proficiency in English is an advantage.
