Sales Expert

Job Description

• Communicate with distribution and sales centers or product sales agents.
• Negotiate with customers and guide them.
• Negotiate with customers to introduce products and services.
• Establish telephone or face-to-face communication with customers during the contract period until the delivery of products and services.
• Prepare sales contracts for customers in coordination with management and send them to customers.
• Submit reports of visits and meetings held with customers to the sales manager regularly.
• Cooperate in identifying sales agents and marketers
• Update the list of sales agents and marketers
• Prepare reports on the performance of sales agents and inform the sales manager of the results
• Follow up on delivering products and services to customers according to the agreed schedule.
• Issue pro forma invoices and sales invoices for customers based on the price list announced by management.
• Cooperate with other sales experts to achieve the expected results.
• Cooperate with the company's financial unit to collect customer receivables.
