● Assisting in customer development through in-person meetings and ongoing presence in stores.
● Building and maintaining long-term customer relations.
● Assisting in effective and smooth onboarding of new clients.
● Implementing KA projects, trade and marketing activities, competition activities, and product launches in districts.
Requirements
● 2 years of experience in FMCG companies.
● Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
● Able to identify and understand the needs of customers and manage expectations.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Knowing English is an advantage.
