
Job Description
• Technical analysis of sales. • Controlling and coordinating sales activities in assigned region • Identifying potential markets and customers. • Developing markets by attracting new customers. • Gathering relevant data • Controlling and coordinating sales activities in assigned region • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and to provide sales support. • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery. • Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand in order to determine sales potential. • Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications • Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market or share trends. • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products; Pursuit of technology trends and product updates in the market • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results, regularly monitor company sales and distributors' performances • Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company. • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors, i.e., present the products to customers and negotiate with dealers • Managing the entire sales process (end to end) beginning from customer's inquiry, confirming orders, coordinating the shipping and handling arrangements, if necessary and ensuring payments are realized on time. • Prepare management reports for review on Weekly/ Monthly basis (documentation of meetings, customer feedback and market visit reports) • Monitor customer satisfaction, services, contracts and customer support (local & export).. Develop and execute marketing plans for sales expansion.
Requirements
• Related educational and background in veterinary or animal husbandry or related. • At least 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing of poultry/animal feed nutrition and health. • Very outgoing in sales and marketing, with good communication skills • Responsible and cooperative • Team working ability. • Good negotiation skills. • Having the ability of planning. • Having the problem solving skills. • Good in English
