- Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers. - Meeting sales targets. - Leading sales projects. - Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms. - Identify customers and manage sales strategies of assigned products to the target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets. - Regular visits of hospitals to monitor product availability and movement. - Provides information and recommendations to the sales team. - Drives the health care standard through seminars, meetings and other relevant events. Requirements
As our customers are specialist we need specialist - University qualification: MBA, Management, Medicine, Marketing, related degrees. - Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Microsoft office. - Fluency in English (Writing + Speaking). - Energetic, dynamic, flexible, self-motivated. - Well organized character, disciplined and well dressed. - Academic knowledge of marketing is an advantage. - Demonstrates excellence in oral communication skills.
