Job Description

● Promoting product brand awareness by holding outreach events such as training courses, seminars, trade shows, and supporting other marketing events. ● Developing a strong relationship with big potential customers in order to increase revenue and market share. ● Gathering and analyzing customers' technical issues, turning them into sales opportunities, and sharing them with team members. ● Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and competitor activities for optimal cost management and business opportunities. ● Training and guiding all team members in order to solve technical problems and develop relationships with customers. ● Developing, maintaining, and sharing detailed knowledge of client business strategy, purchasing behavior, organizational chart, decision-makers, client business drivers, economic trends, and competition.

Requirements

● Age range: 28 to 40 years old. ● Gender preferences: Male. ● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. ● At least 3 years of experience working in mechanical power transmission equipment, rotary equipment, or industrial sales. ● 1 to 2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment. ● Engineering knowledge (drawings, software, functionality, etc.). ● Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking). ● Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, E-Mail management). ● Knowledge of bearing market segment. ● Ability to communicate and present effectively, whether in-person, online, by email, or by telephone. ● Ability to manage time efficiently, unsupervised, and work from both a home office and company office. ● Ability to develop positive and lasting relationships with customers. ● Demonstrate problem-solving and performance analysis skills. ● Ability to influence others (negotiating skills, persuasiveness, and articulation). ● Ability to exchange information with technical or non-technical staff. ● Demonstrate a basic understanding of financial and accounting practices. ● Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and a diverse set of goals without manager supervision. ● Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into suitable solutions. ● Ability to customer site visits all over the country.
