- Prepare annual sales plan based on company policies.
- Realization of sales targets in each region/chain stores.
- Periodic visits to covered areas/chain stores.
- Manage, train and supervise Regional supervisors and dealers.
- Provide analytical reports to predict sales trends.
- Effective communication with factory manager, planning manager and marketing manager.
- Develop strong relationships with Key Accounts and map their strategic requirements Organization.
- Supervising customer orders and tracking receivables.
Requirements
- At least BA in Industrial Management, Executive management or any other related majors.
- At least 15 years’ experience in sales in FMCG (At least 6 years of supervisor and management experience in chain stores).
- Capable in communicating and negotiating.
- With an analyst and resultant mind.
- Able to travel a few days a month.
- Gender: Male.
