Responsibilities:
• Managing, Monitoring, leading and coaching the performance of Sales Supervisors of different provinces as well as different segments.
• Having the knowledge of Sales Department processes and monitoring the implementation of them.
• Learning about the new tools and instruments and conveying the knowledge to other.
• Cooperating with Sales Department Team members in gathering information about the Sales processes, as well as continuous improvement of them.
• Technical teaching and training of the Sales Department staff.
• Communicating effectively with subordinates, other departments, and particularly customers.
• Participating in seminars and training sessions if necessary.
• Participating in Sales Planning, and having an estimation of Sales in different provinces of Iran.
• Obtaining necessary information from subordinates and market and reporting it to the Managing Director.
• Monitoring the Market and gathering necessary information for the success and improvement of the company.
• Determining the Customers’ needs and expectations and acting accordingly.
• Price positioning.
• Visiting the Market of Industrial tools in Tehran and provinces.
• Regular coaching of the Sales Department Staff.
• Analyzing the data relevant to market, customer needs, as well as distribution of goods.
Requirements
- Min. BS/BA Degree
- Able to lead a group of sales people active in different segments and different regions.
- High analytical abilities in:
* Planning
* Monitoring
* Providing statistical reports
- Very Good Communication Skills with: Subordinates, Other departments, and Particularly customers
- Willing to train and teach
- Have technical mind for knowing the products and their applications
- Very disciplined in collecting information, analyzing, and preparing on-time and reliable reports.
- Be a system-thinker, process-oriented, and problem solver.
- Be self-motivated, pro-active, and able to motivate the team as a team leader.
