Job Description

  • To define food concepts in the fresh market department based on market trends, store clusters, and customer profiles.
  • To implement food concepts in the store.
  • To set KPI for the launched concept in order to monitor the performance of the concept and store (sales, sold quantity).
  • To analyze sales. 
  • To define assortment by store, section, and business unit on a monthly basis.
  • To drive sales by defining activities and events to create more customer engagement and footfall.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or an MBA graduate or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of related experience in the retail industry.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Creative thinker, and problem-solver.
  • Independent personality with a self-disciplined personality.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
