Job Description

● Answer incoming calls. ● Carry out administrative and commercial sales correspondence. ● Cooperate in preparing tender documents. ● Pursue matters assigned by the unit manager. ● Archive and classification of documents. ● Set up minutes. ● Send technical and commercial documents to customers. ● Cooperate in preparing and sending pre-invoices and customer invoices.

Requirements

● Strong public relations. ● A responsible person. ● Disciplined and accurate person. ● Familiar with Word and Excel. ● Ability to follow the assigned tasks. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Ability to plan and manage time. ● A person with energy and motivation.
