Requirements

● Age range: 28 to 40 years old.
● Master's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
● At least six years of experience in managing and organizing sales teams.
● Fluent in CRM, data analysis, and questionnaire design.
