Job Description

● Identify and search for new sales channels and suggest new solutions to increase sales. ● Plan, direct, coordinate, and control the sales activities of the company within the framework of the set goals and create coordination for performing the tasks assigned to the sales experts. ● Adjust the sales plan of sales experts based on sales statistics, trend rate analysis, and so on. ● Market monitoring, opportunities tailored to the company's capabilities and customer preferences to determine the focus of sales. ● Provide solutions to increase sales. ● Plan, conduct, and monitor market research. ● Motivate group members. ● Review the reports received from colleagues under supervision, review and apply them in evaluating their performance.

Requirements

● Ability to extend the company's macro strategies to the field of sales in the form of projects and operational plans. ● Ability to negotiate with senior executives of companies on large projects. ● Ability to analyze, analyze and evaluate sales performance. ● Ability to evaluate, control, and monitor sales processes, and procedures. ● Age range: 28 to 40 years old. ● Master's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering. ● At least six years of experience in managing and organizing sales teams. ● Fluent in CRM, data analysis, and questionnaire design.
