Job Description

Responsibilities: The activities of the person in charge of this job should lead to the development and growth of the three sales departments as well as the creation of the necessary infrastructure to achieve the branding and marketing goals of Mehr Azam Teb. ● Reporting to: Managing Director or Deputy Managing Director. ● Subsidiaries: Chemical, laboratory, and medical sales managers; design and advertising manager, market research and sales planning manager. ● Probation period: 2 Months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 8 am to 6 pm. ● Travel requirement: Yes. ● Rewards and Benefits: Rewards for achieving sales, marketing, and branding goals.

Requirements

● Master's degree or higher in Marketing. ● At least 5 years of relevant work experience. ● Hard skills: Data analysis, strategic planning, Human Resources Management, training, related software. ● Personality skills (Soft skills): Communication skills, leadership, teamwork, patience, and perseverance.
