Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

Dental Dental Trading Company, active in the field of dental equipment, is looking for an experienced sales manager and marketing. This role is responsible for managing and monitoring the sales team and formulating sales strategies based on the company's goals.

Task Description:
• Designing and implementing sales strategies in accordance with company goals
• Managing and directing the sales team and representatives across the country
• Market analysis, competitors and presentation of periodic analytical reports
• Development of sales channels (in -person, phone, online and exhibition)
• Holding meetings with key customers and establishing sustainable relationships with doctors and dental centers

Conditions:
• Minimum undergraduate degree in management, marketing or related disciplines
• Work experience at least 5 years in sales management (preferably medical/dental equipment)
• Ability to guide and motivate the sales team
• Excellent skill in negotiation, communications and key customer management
• Introduction to CRM and digital marketing tools are an advantage
